Services Group's financial and headcount budget, reviews budget
performances and presents reports explaining budget deviations. Responsible
from the financial control of services projects, prepares and presents
contract pricing (IPIS, RPIS, ECPLS etc.) for services projects and follow
up costs of these projects.In the
scope of the services project, monitors the projects and executes
communication with all related parties Responsible
of controlling Services Group's activities from the financial perspective,
organizes meetings for monitoring projects status with Service Group
Managers and follows planning, operating controls and financial
performance of services projectsManages
project subcontractor activities: driving the subcontracting management
process with the support of legal and purchasing departments, including
subcontractor identification and selection. Setting
up, reviews and following up the subcontracting contract according to the
legal/financial policies and requirements etc.Prepares
and updates services catalogue prices
